This Privacy Policy explains how DealEx Property Solutions ("DealEx", "we", "us", "our") handles personal information when you visit dealex.in, submit an enquiry, book a demo, or contact us. We handle personal data in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the rules made under it, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 of India, as applicable.
1. Who we are
DealEx Property Solutions provides a Property Dealer Management System for dealers, brokers, consultants and agencies, including listings, leads, site visits, deals, rentals and branded landing pages. Our registered office is:

2. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and run our business.
Information you give us
When you use the Quick Enquiry form, the Book a Demo pop-up or the Contact form, or message us on WhatsApp, phone or email, you may provide:
- Name, phone number and email address;
- Company or agency name, city, state and your role;
- Team size, number of properties you manage, and the modules you are interested in;
- Any message or requirements you write to us.
Information collected automatically
- Your IP address and the date and time of your enquiry, recorded with each form submission for security and spam prevention;
- A session cookie that keeps our forms secure (see Section 6);
- Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider (browser type, pages requested, error records).
We do not ask for payment card details, Aadhaar, PAN, or other sensitive identifiers through our website forms. Please do not include them in your message.
3. How we use your information
- To contact you about your enquiry and arrange a product walkthrough or demo;
- To send you an automatic confirmation email and, where you ask, pricing and plan details;
- To understand your requirements and recommend suitable modules;
- To protect the website from spam, abuse and fraud (for example, rate limiting and bot detection);
- To keep records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations;
- To improve our website and services.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use enquiry details for advertising by third parties.
4. Consent and legal basis
By submitting a form on our website you give us your consent to process the details you provide for the purposes in Section 3. Where the law allows, we may also process data to perform a contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, or for legitimate business purposes that do not override your rights. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us (Section 14); withdrawal does not affect processing already done.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal information only where needed:

Service providers act on our instructions and may not use your information for their own purposes. Your data may be processed on servers outside India, in which case we rely on providers that apply appropriate safeguards.
6. Cookies and third-party resources
Cookies. Our website sets one essential session cookie (PHPSESSID) to protect the forms against cross-site request forgery and to apply a short rate limit. It expires when you close your browser, is marked HttpOnly, and is not used for tracking or advertising. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies; if we add them, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
Third-party resources. To display the site, your browser loads fonts, icons, scripts and sample images from third parties such as jsDelivr (Bootstrap and Bootstrap Icons) and Picsum Photos. These services receive your IP address and browser details when your browser requests those files, under their own privacy practices.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website will still load, but forms may stop working because they depend on the session cookie.
7. Data inside your DealEx workspace
If you become a DealEx customer, you will store information about your own clients, owners, tenants, properties and deals in your workspace. For that data, you decide what is collected and why, and you are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required consents from the people concerned. We process that data only to provide the service to you, under our agreement and your instructions, and apply the safeguards in Section 9. Landing-page enquiries made by your visitors are delivered to your leads list; the privacy notice on your landing page is your responsibility.
8. How long we keep data
- Website enquiries: kept while we are in discussions with you and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires longer;
- Customer account and billing records: kept for the period required by Indian tax and company law;
- Security and server logs: kept for a short period, normally not more than 12 months.
When data is no longer needed we delete it or make it anonymous.
9. How we protect data
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, form validation, protection against cross-site request forgery and header injection, spam filtering, restricted access to logs and mailboxes, and storing configuration outside publicly accessible pages. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a personal data breach affecting you occurs, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
10. Your rights and choices
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you and how it is used;
- Correct or update inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Delete your data when it is no longer needed;
- Withdraw your consent;
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights if you are unable to;
- Use our grievance process (Section 14) and, if unresolved, approach the Data Protection Board of India once it is in operation.
To make a request, email info@dealex.in from the address you used with us. We may need to verify your identity first and will respond within a reasonable time.
11. Children
Our website and software are intended for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Links to other services
Our site links to services such as WhatsApp and social media. When you use those links you leave our site and the provider's own terms and privacy policy apply. We are not responsible for their practices.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be highlighted on the website or sent to you where we have your email address. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised policy.
